What do I need to do to start selling courses?
Get started by signing up for a free account on our courseON platform.
In this way, you will get access to the Trainer’s Panel, where you can easily prepare everything that is necessary to start selling courses::
- You will create your own website, which will also be an online store with your courses.
- You will upload recordings and prepare your online courses.
- You will plan and conduct your live webinars.
What start-up costs do I have to pay?
You do not need to incur any costs to start selling your courses:
- you do not buy any subscription from us (you create a free account),
- you do not pay for the preparation of an online store with your courses,
- you don’t need to buy hosting for your website,
- you don’t have to buy space in the cloud for recording your trainings.
You can focus on the substantive preparation of your trainings and you do not have to worry about the costs.
What is the monthly cost of maintaining my odds page?
The monthly cost of maintaining your store with courses is exactly 0 PLN.
By creating an account with us:
- you do not pay us a fixed subscription,
- you don’t have to pay for any servers and buy cloud space for your recordings,
- you don’t have to pay a subscription fee for the live course platform,
- you also don’t have to set up accounts in online payment systems and pay commissions there.
If you get customers for your training, then you pay us only a small commission on the sale.
Can I use promotions on my courses?
Yes
In the Trainer’s Panel, you will be able to set promotions and discounts for each training.
You will be able to set a promotion for the purchase of a given training, valid in the given period of time. Your future customers will see that they received a discount on the purchase of the course.
You also have the option of generating discount codes for the purchase of a given training, which you can then use to promote sales.
How can students pay for my training?
In order to successfully sell courses, everything must be done professionally, quickly and safely.
Your future customers will be able to buy training as in any other online store and settle using online payments. Your website will be automatically integrated with our account at PayU System, so students will be able to pay by online transfer, Blik or credit card.
Where are the payments from the sale of my trainings?
Because your website will be automatically integrated with our account at PayU System, payments from the sale of courses are first transferred to our account.
You do not need to set up an account in any online payment system and integrate it with your website. You don’t have to worry about it – we also take care of finances for you.
When will I receive payment for my courses?
We bill you whenever you need it. In the Trainer Panel you have the option “Withdraw my funds”.
The sum of payments from your students will be reduced by our fixed commission, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account. We will not charge any additional commissions or other hidden fees.
For the commission collected by us, we will issue you an invoice, which you will be able to download in the Trainer’s Panel.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes
The web address of your website will look like this: your_name.courseon.pl
You also can link the courseON website to your own domain.
Where are my training records stored?
We have integrated our CourseON portal with the Vimeo website and it is on the Vimeo servers that your recordings are stored. Thanks to this integration, we can guarantee you the quality, reliability, speed and security of your recordings. This is also good news for your students, who will be able to easily recreate the purchased training.
By adding recordings to your courses, you won’t even notice that we integrate with Vimeo. You will handle everything directly in the Trainer’s Panel.
Do I need additional tools to conduct a live Webinar?
NO
You will be able to conduct your webinars live directly from our portal in the Trainer’s Panel. You get from us a professional and easy-to-use video conferencing tool that has most of the necessary functionalities to conduct live courses.
Your students will receive a link to the scheduled meeting from you, which will redirect them directly to our portal, where you will conduct your Webinar live with them.
